I would like to say:working experience is important for leading upon success,but good education is the chief ingredient.

Let's birng all onto the table,listed below:

1)To be an technician,working experience is basic for good work.That's stand on simple or normal production,operation. For complicated or much more techno-items,without receiving good education and the knowedge,even with experience,you can't get it down. Let's take spaceship for example,and absolutely clear which is more important.

2)To be an CEO for a company,maybe you can achieve some level and be "successful",but no one believes that without good education,he can do that. That's saying:experience help us to meeting all matters and get them down much more smooth,but to get real success,we must,and have to receive good education.

That's why we always hear "news": the boss of **company back to school or join certain institute to make them strong. It's necessary and of course the most important item which is known.

In one word,experience help us,and good education is the soul,which you think is more important?
